What is the aim of Physical Education

What is the aim of Physical Education

Physical education has been an integral part of school education, but today there is a need for the practical lessons of physical education.

Youth, especially women worldwide, are suffering from terrible safety issues.

In this social scenario, the significance of proper physical education does not need any explanation.

The students are provided with physical education classes in schools to develop their physical strength and the importance of right movements during danger.

It is not enough to learn physical education; rather, you need to practice the skills and techniques to implement them on time.

Physical education includes various physical movements and activities that help the students to remain fit and healthy.

Students with proper physical education enjoy the strong impact of learning throughout their life.

According to NPPER (National Plan of Physical Education and Recreation), the main motive of performing physical education "must be to make every child physically, mentally and emotionally fit," and help the children "to live happily with others and build him as a good citizen.”
